My thought process: 1. I’ll have some coffee. 2. Black. No calories. 3. …ew. Bitter. Okay one packet. 4. Hm, still not great. One more packet. And some milk, nonfat. 5. Pretty good. Could be better. One extra packet and some half and half. 6. And a biscotti. 7. My pants are tight. Why is that?
